RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Warr's H-D Online Store orders can be returned for any reason within 40 days of the shipping date for a full refund to the original form of payment. You can return your Item(s) online or at Warr's Harley-Davidson® Kings Road dealership.

FREE IN-STORE RETURNS

You can return items for free at the Warr's H-D Kings Road dealership. Be sure to present the original packing and proof of purchase so our staff can best assist you. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 3 business days after initiating your return at the store.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. But hey, sometimes things don't work out. We've all been there. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept your return as per the policies below.
Some restrictions apply.
Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return.
Some exceptions apply including safety equipment (helmets included) and personal products.
All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. This includes all product tags, instructions, hardware and accessories.
All returned items must not be scratched, soiled or damaged due to wear or installation.
A leather jacket must be returned in its own individual box and packaged to prevent it from getting damaged during transit. Please use a separate shipping carton(s) if you are returning multiple items from your order.

For Returns:
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, a customer is allowed to return an item if they simply change their mind. A customer has the right to cancel at any time from the moment they place their online order, and up to 14 days from the day they receive the goods. The customer then has a further 14 days from the date they notify the retailer of their cancellation to return the goods. -There are exemptions to online returns which include tailor made/personalised goods.

For Faulty Items:
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a customer has an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date the customer took ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned, the customer does not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If a customer is asked to return an item that arrived damaged, not as described or faulty, the retailer should refund the total cost of the return. 

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

Sure, Harley® motorcycles may be perfect. But we're not. If we goofed and sent you the wrong order or item(s), let us know and we'll get it fixed in a flash. We will help you get the gear you ordered and pick up the tab for any shipping charges.

REFUND INFORMATION

Returns will be processed within 1-3 days from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.

If your purchase was made with a gift card, your original gift card will be credited for the refund. For purchases made with both a gift card and credit card, your refund amount will be applied to the original gift card first and then your credit card.
