Most returns that are sent back to our Warr's H-D dealership will process approximately 1-3 days from the time you mail your return. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.

Any products that are damaged from wear or installation
Yes. Our normal return policy applies to any product purchased with an Warr's H-D Gift Card. If the Gift Card was the only method of payment used on your original order, we will credit your original Gift Card with the amount refunded. If your original order involved use of a credit card to cover part of the order value, we will apply the refund to the original gift card first and then your credit card.
