Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship worldwide! Whether you're riding through London or cruising the highways of the USA, we’ll get your gear and parts to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please allow 1 – 4 business days for order processing before shipment.

Custom or special-order items may require additional time; details will be provided on the product page where applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Free shipping is available on all UK orders over £75

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

United States Customers

All orders shipped to the USA are subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the customer.

These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be collected at checkout.

International Customers (Outside the UK)

Customers outside the UK (including the EU, Canada, Australia, etc.) are responsible for paying all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country.

UK Orders

Orders within the UK will not be subject to import duties. VAT is included in the final purchase price.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

Please note: once a parcel has been dispatched, delays caused by customs or local couriers are beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Undeliverable Packages / Refused Shipments

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or any other reason, it will be returned to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping and any applicable customs charges will be deducted from your refund.
